Store-and-forward at both the WP500 and ADVAIT layers protects data during interruptions.
Blast Radius Isolation
A single WP500 failure impacts only the machines connected to it (max 10). The other 21 gateways and their 184+ machines continue collecting and forwarding data normally.
Protocol Coverage
WP500 normalizes MELSEC, Fanuc FOCAS, OPC UA, MTConnect, S7, ADS, Modbus TCP/RTU and Ethernet/IP into a unified ADVAIT model.
Modular Growth
New machines join by binding to an existing WP500 (if capacity remains) or provisioning an additional gateway. No changes to ADVAIT or MES configuration required for like-for-like assets.
